Houston HOPE is Mayor Bill White's initiative to reinvest in some of Houston’s historic neighborhoods through a combination of stabilization activities and by supporting locally-led community building activities. The goal of Houston HOPE is to build strong neighborhoods that meet the needs of their current residents and are attractive to new and returning families.
You may qualify for up to $37,500 to buy your own home; $40,000 for police officers, firefighters, and teachers.
